Lutullus S. Penton, Jr. - President

Mr. Penton has 14 years of experience implementing and running a federal and state funded employment and job training program.  As the Program Director of the Genesee County Community Action Resource Department's Work First/Work First Investment Act and Job Employment Training Program, Mr. Penton helped implement welfare reforms that became the standard model throughout the United States.  Mr. Penton has a Masters Degree from the University of Michigan in Liberal Studies and American Culture.  He also earned a Bachelors Degree from the University of Michigan in World History, Urban Studies and African/African American Studies.  Along with his broad supervisory and budget oversight experience gained through his position as Program Director, Mr. Penton has performed extensive graduate work in Business Administration through the University of Phoenix and Oral Roberts University.
